PAYMENT
-Paypal - redirection is automatic Warning! Concerning Paypal orders, we sometimes have random errors with Paypal's website. In the case this would happen to you, don't worry, your order is still in our database. You just need to log in your Paypal account, and send a money transfer to our PP account : steelwork@kerozene.phpnet.org , please mention the order # in the subject of your payment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
-Checks - ONLY FOR FRANCE!
INTERNATIONAL MONEY ORDER and PERSONAL MONEY ORDER are no longer accepted, due to excessively high bank fees.
We also accept cash (to be sent in a registered letter!) and bank transfer (please contact us before, and make sure that all bank fees are paid by you!). Select the "Check" option in both cases.
SHIPPING
All our parcels are shipped in heavy cardboard.
-Colissimo international : mandatory for shipping above 2 kilograms. Includes tracking number and insurance for 150€
-Colis postal prioritaire : for shipping below 2 kilograms. We decline responsabilty in case of loss or damage, as they are NOT insured. No items will be refunded or replaced.
-Pick up : France only
Parcels are shipped before 7 days after receiving your payment. We are not reponsible for delayed reception of the parcels due to postal services.
